For exchanges of products in good condition, the shipping costs for both ways will be the responsibility of the customer.

Regardless of the reason, the exchange must be requested via email within 7 days of receipt.
Upon receiving your order, please check that everything is as requested – model, size, color, gifts (if any), and other product characteristics! If something is not right, visit our website, confirm, and contact us immediately to request the exchange.
Products must be returned without signs of use; only those that have not been washed or used, and that do not show odors, stains, or alterations will be accepted. The deadline to request an exchange is 7 days from the date of receipt.
